The 22-year-old supermodel’s face was found to be 94.35%.
Her eyes, eyebrows, nose, lips, chin, jaw and facial shape were measured and came closest to the ancient Greeks’ idea of perfection.
The list was compiled using the latest computerized mapping techniques by Harley Street facial cosmetic surgeon Dr Julian De Silva, who utilizes the technology in his work.
Dr. De Silva, who runs the ‘Centre For Advanced Facial Cosmetic And Plastic Surgery’, in London, said: “Bella Hadid was the clear winner when all elements of the face were measured for physical perfection. She had the highest overall reading for her chin which, with a score of 99.7%, is only 0.3% away from being the perfect shape. Bella also came second behind Scarlett Johansson for the positioning of her eyes. Beyoncé ran her a close second, scoring the highest marks for the shape of her face (99.6%) and getting very high scores for her eyes, brow area and lips.
“These brand new computer mapping techniques allow us to solve some of the mysteries of what it is that makes someone physically beautiful and the technology is useful when planning patients’ surgery.”

The Golden Ratio was a mathematical equation devised by the Greeks in an attempt to measure beauty.
The ratio can be applied to anything and was used by Leonardo Da Vinci for the perfect human male body in his famous work, the Vitruvian Man.
The premise behind this is that the closer the ratios of a face or body are to the number 1.618 (Phi), the more beautiful they become.
Bella Hadid, who began modelling when she was 16, has twice been voted Model of the Year.

curd, honey, and rose water. Blend the ingredients into a paste and apply it carefully, avoiding the lips and under-eye areas. Wash off in 20 minutes. It’s surprising what this can do!

Hydrate your Skin

When you apply heavy makeup, you are almost closing your skin pores with different products. It’s very important to choose the right kind of makeup for your skin so that it can breathe even with it on. It’s also equally necessary that you remove the makeup before going to bed and cleanse the skin well. Deepshikha Deshmukh shares, “Personally, I have a very easy 15 min regime that I follow after I have returned from a party. It rehydrates my skin making it soft and smooth. I mix one tablespoon of cold milk and two drops of olive or sunflower oil, blend well-using cotton pad and then apply the mixture on the facial and neck areas. With another cotton pad dipped in rose water or lavender water, I clean up the mixture after 15 minutes and I am done!”

Clean up inside and out

Switching from milk-based drinks to clear green tea daily is a great detox option. Green tea keeps the skin hydrated and also has no calories so you can have as much as you like. Starting the morning with the juice of one lemon in a glass of warm water helps in flushing the system of impurities. This is an age-old mother’s recipe that has been working for years. Several actresses also swear by it. I believe in eating everything but in moderation. If you are aware of what you are putting into your
mouths, you will be careful. Typical things that are good for skin are green leafy vegetables, fruits high in fibre, fresh salads, yoghurt, and healthy nuts.

Freshen up!

You tend to turn to chemical products easily as solutions but natural, organic products have unique benefits that are great for the skin. There are many easily available ingredients in your homes which can become beauty solutions. I’m pretty sure honey, aloe vera, cucumber, and rose water are available in most homes. Late nights are also becoming normal every year during Diwali, making dark circles and under-eye bags common. A simple solution is grate potatoes or apply some potato juice around the eyes. For Detoxifying
You will need
* ½ cup of Epsom salt
* ½ cup of Bentonite clay
* 2- 10drops of essential of your choice
* Washcloth
Combine and use
Mix Epsom salt and essential oil first, and then combine clay with water until you get a smooth paste. After making a thin paste, apply this paste all over the body. Let it dry for 5 minutes. Draw a hot bath and add the salt mix to it. Soak your body for 20minutes or more if you desire. While you soak, use a washcloth to scrub off clay mask. Do this twice a week for maximum results.

* 2 cups of Epsom salt
* 2 tablespoon of Apple cider vinegar

* 1 cup of sea salt
* ¼ cup of Epsom salt
Combine and use
To have this combination, mix all the ingredients well and always store the bath salt mixture in an air-tight jar. Draw a hot bath and add the salt mix. Soak in bath for about 30 minutes.

Epsom salt is beneficial in restoring the health of your skin and is a great home remedy for treating cellulite.

For Dry and itchy skin
You will need
* 1 and ½ cup of Powdered milk
* ½ cup of Epsom salt
* ¼ cup of dried rose petals
* 2-5 drops of rose essential oil
Combine and use
Combine all ingredients in a nice manner. Draw yourself a warm bath and add the mixture, soak for about 20 minutes.
Benefit
Milk and rose petals help in soothing your skin. Epsom salt and rose oil opens up your pores and flushes toxins. The milk provides your skin the deep hydration it needs.

For yeast infection
You will need
* ¼ cup of Iodized salt
* ¼ of cup of Apple cider vinegar

Combine and use
Mix all ingredients. Draw yourself a warm bath and soak it in 20 minutes or more as you desire. After the soak stand and take a shower for immediate relief. Repeat this combination until the infection subsides.

Benefits
This conundrum of bath salts provide relief from irritation while cleansing the infection and at the same time deodorizes your body. Apart from giving immediate relief, it also speeds up the recovery process.

Opt for Home-Made Skin Treatments
Tired of blackheads and acne? Try using certain homemade remedies instead of using products that contain harsh chemicals.

To remove blackheads:
* Cut a lemon in half and pour 3 – 4 drops of raw honey on the piece
* Rub the lemon half on your face, focusing on the affected areas
* Let it stay there for 5 minutes
* Rinse with cold water

To fight acne:
* Take multani mitti – 2 tablespoons, rose water – 1 teaspoon, and lemon juice – 4-5 drops
* Mix all the ingredients together and apply it to your face for 10 minutes
* This face pack is not only beneficial for existing acne and pimples but it also works on scars left by pimples

Switch From a Stick to a Tar
There’s no doubt that all ladies love using lipsticks, but many undisclosed ingredients in these lipsticks may be bad for you. Try shifting from a lipstick to a natural lip tar. There are several lip tars available which are both natural and safe for your skin.

Shun Makeup Removal Wipes
Those quick and easy wipes are extremely harmful for your skin. These wipes actually do more harm than good. The best alternative is to switch to a spin brush that will actually help you save your time and money. By gently removing makeup, deeply cleaning your pores and leaving you feeling fresh, these spin brushes are a boon.
“To remove make-up the only thing you require is a moisturizer! To remove dryness a simple moisturizer is required and you can do it with the help of a cotton ball. If a moisturizer is used it will leave the skin supple. Wash your face with water after removing make-up with a moisturizer,” advices Dr. Garg.

Try a Natural Moisturiser
Instead of using moisturisers which contain heavy chemicals, use natural moisturisers like argan oil, maracuja oil, coconut oil or any other plant oil which is easily available. If you wish to opt for lotions, look for organic lines.
Opt Natural Toner
Use natural toners to tone your skin such as witch hazel or rose water. You can also make your own home toner by combing 1 cup of witch hazel (this is extract of a plant and easily available in market), 1 cup lavender oil, 3 dozen roses, 2 cups distilled water and 1 tablespoon of glycerine. Store it in a spray bottle, and use it twice a day to get the best results.

Heatless Curls
Curl your hair without heat. Damp your hair, and curl small sections of your hair and tie-up. Use a wide cloth to cover your hair and let it rest for the night. In the morning open your curls and hand comb through them, and you are done.

Gentle Body Scrub
Make a gentle body scrub at home from these eco-friendly ingredients. Mix in a ratio of 2:1 olive oil and sea salt to make an efficient and effective body scrub. These helps in easy removal of dead skin and leave your skin soft and refreshing. This beauty tip is much cheaper and effective than the expensive chemical products.

According to a study, women apply 168 chemicals on their skin everyday and men apply 84. “Every beauty cream or product contains certain amount of chemicals but it depends on the product. Some creams may contain more chemicals than others. Creams which claim to lighten pigmentation and fairness creams should be avoided as much as possible. If we use a product containing chemical obviously it will result in damaging our skin in the long term,” says Dr. Geeta Garg, a noted dermatologist based in Chandigarh.

Water! Water! Water!

Keeping yourself hydrated becomes several times more important in summers. Everybody knows this but how many of us actually follow it? Some people barely drink 4 to 5 glasses of water which is not enough to keep cool and well hydrated. Whether you are in the office or at home keep refilling your glass with water.

Use Sun Protection

Even after applying sunscreen you can get tanned! Imagine how much your skin gets affected without a sunscreen lotion. To fight the harsh sun rays use sunscreen that has 30 SPF or higher, ask your dermatologist for better advice since different people have different skin textures.
Apply the sunscreen at least before 15 minutes going outside. The importance of sunglasses increases suddenly during summers as it gives a major relief to your eyes from the harmful UV rays. And if you experience a headache because of extreme heat then wear a hat!

Carry a pack of face wipes

AAlways and we mean always carry a pack of tissues in your bag or purse! In summers, especially during the afternoon, your face becomes too oily and you need a tissue to wipe all the dirt and oil from your face. These days there are scores of fancy tissues available in the markets that are really good for your skin and some are alcohol-free.

Wear loose-fitting clothes

Allow yourself to be comfortable when there is blazing heat outside! Loose-fitting cotton clothes are the best choice for summers! Keep in mind to pair them with comfortable footwear. You can choose to cover yourself with a stylish scarf during extreme heat!

Moisturizer

People with oily skin tend to ignore moisturizers during summers to avoid looking further oily! But the assumption is false! Skin becomes oily because it lacks hydration and is producing oil to compensate it. If you have sensitive skin then use an oil-free moisturizer instead of a sticky one. There are many oil-free moisturizers available in the market. Calamine lotion can be useful to handle rashes and redness.

Exfoliate

The heat can damage the outer layer of your skin especially face skin which creates dryness and makes skin flaky. Make sure you exfoliate your face twice a week it helps in removing dead skin cells. The best time to exfoliate is in the morning before you start getting ready for work or college. Do not forget to apply your moisturizer afterward.

How to choose the right sunscreen for your skin?

Manufacturing date- Look for sunscreens which have fresh manufacturing date. The shelf life of sunscreen is short so the next time you go shopping for a sunscreen keep this in mind.
Check Ingredients- Do not forget to check ingredients of the cream you buy. Avoid purchasing cream which contains “oxybenzone” as it can damage the skin. The Environmental Working Group (EWG) has rated oxybenzone an eight (8) on their toxicity rating scale.

– Fair, always burns easily and tans minimally- 30-50+
– Light burns moderately and tans eventually- 15-30
– Medium burns minimally and always tans- 6-15

Apply Lip Balm before Applying Lipstick

Do not apply too much of lip balm
Applying a lip balm before applying lipstick is a very good idea but do not overdo it! After applying lip balm wait for at least 10 minutes before you apply a lipstick over it.

Cover Lipstick with Powder
Not literally! Do not directly apply powder on your lips. To make your lipstick stay on your lips all day, pull apart the layers of tissue, place one tissue on your lips and apply translucent powder on top of the tissue. This allows a bit of the powder to come through and sit on your lips.

Reattach Broken Lipstick
Now, there is no need to cry over a broken lipstick. You can reattach it by melting the end of the broken pieces with the help of a lighter and affixing them back. Melt the two pieces where they meet to fuse them back together.

Use Hairspray to Remove Lipstick Marks
Do not worry about the lipstick marks on any of your clothes. Just spray some hairspray on the marks and let it sit for few minutes and then toss it in the washer.

Dab Highlighter to Get Fuller Effect
