For the second year in a row, Mrs. Chandigarh continues to retain its image as the biggest and most authentic beauty pageant within the tricity. A carefully curated blend of lifestyle transformation and personality development, it has created a distinct niche for itself among the aspirants, who look forward to make their carrier in the field of fashion and glamour.
This year, the dedicated team of organizers conducted three elaborate rounds of auditions within tricity in the months of November- December 2019, followed by a grand crown launch event.
28 shortlisted finalists from different walks of life including doctors, teachers, advocates, bankers, home-makers competed for the coveted title after a commendable mentorship journey.
The finale was preceded by a life-changing 3 days of intense grooming sessions wherein the finalists stayed with a team of professional mentors and specialists from fashion and lifestyle industry, under one roof, who groomed and trained them on different parameters of pageantry that included ramp walk, make up, social media usage, social etiquettes, table manners, public speaking, stage presence, women’s healthcare, dental and oral hygiene, meditation and spiritual healing, fitness, diet, fashion styling, clothing, etc.
The grand finale was an enthralling spectacle of ‘beauty with brain’. It opened up new gateways for the contestants and paved way for their foray into the marvelous world of modeling, pageantry and fashion, post marriage. Neha Jhulka, Founder – Bombshell Creations shared during the event, “Your life has purpose, your story is important, your dreams count, your voice matters, you were born to make an impact.”
Along with this there were 15 subtitles in the show based on the appearance and performances of the finalists during their grooming sessions.
