A renowned humanitarian, philanthrophist and spouse of Godrej Industries owner Adi Godrej, was known to be a style diva with a generous heart. She became the face of the HIV-AIDS awareness campaign alongside Richard Gere in 2004 when she co-founded ‘The Heroes Project’ with the British actor.
