Bollywood veterans Amitabh Bachchan and Rishi Kapoor have collaborated numerous times at the prime of their career, during the 1970s and 80s. They have appeared together in films like Amar Akbar Anthony, Naseeb, Kabhi Kabhie and Ajooba.

Now, the two actors are all set to be seen together again — this time as father and son — in Umesh Shukla’s upcoming film 102 Not Out. The teaser of the film was released on 9 February and makes for an adorable watch.

Bachchan plays Kapoor’s father (aged 102) in the film, which revolves around the relationship shared between the father and son. As per the teaser, Kapoor’s character seems to be that of a sad and lonely person. On the contrary, Bachchan’s is full of spirit and zest. Both the actor’s sport wigs and heavy prosthetic makeup to look the part.

The background music — lively and uplifting — adds to the joie de vivre that the film’s teaser exudes. At the end, we get to know that Bachchan’s character will be the first father in the world to send his son (Kapoor) to an old-age home.

The film is said to be based on Saumya Joshi’s Gujarati play 102 Not Out. The film is produced by SPE Films India and Treetop Entertainment.
